2007 Girls Swarm went undefeated in their U15 division at Alliance Cup in June!   Coached by Jeremy Zimmerman and Mara Bowman.  Congrats!

Coached by Chris Young and Tim Grinstead, the 2004 Girls won 4 to 0 in the State Cup Final to take home the trophy.  They are 1 of 2 Iron Valley Teams to win this year.  They will be heading to WV for regionals in June.   Congratulations Girls!!   Keep Winning!!   We are rooting you on.

Girona and Iron Valley Video Girona FC welcomed Iron Valley United into their fold, and showed them what training for La Liga is about.   It was an amazing opportunity for our players to travel and play in Spain.   Orgulli Girona!!    Congrats to Freedom and Thorns on an amazing experience!

The 2004 Thorns and 2006 Freedom travelled internationally to Spain last week, for 10 days, on an international soccer tour.   They each played 3 matches against local teams, including FC Barcelona and FC Girona.   They saw two professional matches – Barcelona and Girona.   They were trained by professional coaches, and they spent the rest of…
